제1단. 마리아께서 예수님을 잉태하심을 묵상합시다.
천사의 인사를 받으신 마리아는 몹시 당황하셨지만, 하느님의 뜻에 순종하시며 기뻐하셨습니다. 임신으로 불안해 하는 사람들이 하느님의 뜻에 내맡기는 은총을 얻도록 기도합시다.
제2단. 마리아께서 엘리사벳을 찾아보심을 묵상합시다.
세레자 요한은 어머니의 태 안에서 즐거워 뛰놀았습니다. 사람들이 ‘낙태는 세상에 태어날 수도 있는 아이들에 관한 것이 아니라 이미 태중에 살아 있고 자라고 있는 아이들, 죽임을 당하도록 계획된 아이들에 관한 것’이라는 사실을 깨달을 수 있도록 기도합시다.
제3단. 마리아께서 예수님을 낳으심을 묵상합시다.
하느님도 어린아기로 태어나셨습니다. 왕께서 아주 작은 갓난아기로 태어나셨던 것처럼, 사람의 위대함은 크기에 좌우되는 것이 아닙니다. 낙태될 위기에 처한 아주 작은 아기들에 대한 편견을 종식시키기 위해 기도합시다.
제4단. 마리아께서 예수님을 성전에 바치심을 묵상합시다.
아기 예수님은 하느님께 속하시므로 성전에 봉헌되셨습니다. 아기들은 부모나 정부의 소유물이 아닙니다. 그들도 우리도 모두 하느님께 속합니다.
제5단. 마리아께서 잃으셨던 예수님을 성전에서 찾으심을 묵상합시다.
소년 예수님은 하느님이시기에 지혜로 가득 차셨습니다. 모든 사람이 생명의 존엄성에 관한 예수님의 가르침에 담긴 지혜를 깨닫도록, 그리고 그 가르침은 의견이 아니라 진리임을 이해하도록 기도합시다.

제3단. 예수님께서 하느님 나라를 선포하심을 묵상합시다.
“회개하고 복음을 믿어라.” 예수님 공생활의 이 첫 말씀을 낙태죄를 범한 모든 이들이 알아듣도록 기도합시다. 그들이 주님께서 통회하라고 부르고 계시는 것과, 생명을 주시는 회개를 체험하도록 부르고 계심을 깨닫도록 기도합시다.
제4단. 예수님께서 거룩하게 변모하심을 묵상합시다.
예수님께서 산상에서 변모하시고, 사도들은 그분의 영광을 봅니다. 모든 백성의 시각이 바뀌어, 인간의 생명은 하느님 영광의 반영이라는 것을 깨닫도록 기도합시다.
제5단. 예수님께서 성체성사를 세우심을 묵상합시다.
“이는 너희를 위하여 내어주는 내 몸이다.” 성체성사는 우리가 어떻게 살아가고 어떻게 사랑해야 하는가를 가르쳐 줍니다. 그들 자신을 위해 갓난아기를 희생시키는 부모가 되기보다 오히려 그들이 갓난아기를 위해 희생할 수 있는 부모가 되도록 기도합시다.
고통의 신비 (예수성심 호칭기도 포함)
제1단. 예수님께서 우리를 위하여 피땀 흘리심을 묵상합시다.
낙태하려는 유혹으로 몹시 괴로워하는 부모들을 위하여 기도합시다. 그들에게 다른 방법이 있다는 좋은 소식이 전해지도록, 그리고 그들이 받을 수 있는 도움을 잘 이용하도록 은총 내려주시기를 기도합시다.
제2단. 예수님께서 우리를 위하여 매맞으심을 묵상합시다.
그리스도의 살점이 채찍질하는 사람들의 기구에 의해 찢겨져 나갔듯이, 엄마 태중에 있는 아기들의 몸도 낙태 시술자의 기구에 의해 찢겨집니다. 낙태 시술자들이 이러한 아기 살인 행위를 회개하도록 기도합시다.
제3단. 예수님께서 우리를 위하여 가시관 쓰심을 묵상합시다.
예수님께서는 가시에 머리를 찔리는 아픔의 고통을 당하셨고, 그 고통을 침묵 속에 받으셨습니다. 낙태된 아이들의 부모를 위해 기도합시다. 그들 중 많은 사람이 결코 돌이킬 수 없는 선택을 한 것에 대해 깊은 슬픔과 후회로 괴로워하고 있습니다. 또한 그건 대단한 일이 아니라고 말하는 사람들 때문에 침묵 속에서 고통받고 있습니다.
제4단. 예수님께서 우리를 위하여 십자가 지심을 묵상합시다.
예수님께서 사형선고를 받으신 것은 악한 사람들의 권력 때문이 아니라 선한 사람들의 침묵 때문입니다. 침묵은 언제나 압제자를 도와줄 뿐 절대로 희생자 편이 아닙니다. 우리가 앞으로 낙태에 대하여 절대로 침묵하지 않고 아기들을 죽음에서 구하자고 거리낌없이, 분명하게 말할 수 있도록 기도합시다.
제5단. 예수님께서 우리를 위하여 십자가에 못박혀 돌아가심을 묵상합시다.
그리스도의 죽음을 생각할 때, 소위 ‘합법적인’ 낙태 시술을 받다가 죽은 많은 여자들을 기억하고, 그들을 위하여 용서와 자비를 청합시다. 그들을 기억함으로써 다른 여자들을 이 비극적인 잘못으로부터 구해주시도록 기도합시다.
영광의 신비 (성모 호칭기도 포함)
제1단. 예수님께서 부활하심을 묵상합시다.
그리스도께서 부활하셨습니다. 당신의 부활로 죽음의 힘을 물리치셨으니, 낙태의 힘도 물리치실 것입니다. 생명을 위한 싸움의 결과는 이미 생명의 승리로 결정되었습니다. 모든 생명 옹호론자들이 이 승리를 우리 사회의 모든 분야에 전파할 수 있도록 기도합시다.
제2단. 예수님께서 승천하심을 묵상합시다.
아버지의 옥좌로 오르심으로써 그리스도께서는 태중에서 받은 우리의 인성을 하늘 높이 올리셨습니다. 인간은 쓰레기통에 버려지는 것이 아니라 하늘로 불려 올려지도록 창조되었습니다. 세상이 이 진리를 배워서 낙태를 거부하도록 기도합시다.
제3단. 예수님께서 성령을 보내심을 묵상합시다.
성령께서는 우리의 대변자이십니다. 우리는 자기 자신을 스스로 구할 수 없기 때문에 성령께서 우리를 위해 탄원해주십니다. 성령께서 우리를 말하지도 쓰지도 못하고, 투표도 반항도 못하며, 심지어는 기도도 못하는 태아들을 위한 보호자로 삼아주시도록 기도합시다.
제4단. 예수님께서 마리아를 하늘에 불러올리심을 묵상합시다.
복되신 동정 마리아께서는 하느님의 어머니이시기 때문에 몸과 영혼이 하늘로 불려 올려지셨습니다. 어머니와 아기는 하나로 일치합니다. 성모 승천은 그들이 서로에게 속한다는 것을 일깨워줍니다. 우리는 사회가 아기들을 죽이면서 여자들만 사랑할 수 없고, 어머니들을 돕지 않고서는 아기들을 구할 수 없다는 사실을 깨달을 수 있도록 기도합시다. “왜 우리는 어머니와 아기 둘 모두를 사랑할 수 없는가?” 라는 태아 보호를 위한 질문에 마음이 움직여지도록 기도합시다.
제5단. 예수님께서 마리아께 천상 모후의 관을 씌우심을 묵상합시다.
마리아는 온 우주의 여왕이십니다. 교회는 마리아가 가장 위대한 창조물이시며, 오직 한 분이신 하느님 다음가는 분임을 가르칩니다. 교회는 여성의 존엄성을 지지합니다. 우리는 사람들이 생명 옹호론자가 된다는 것은 여성 옹호론자가 된다는 의미이며, 여성 옹호론자가 되기 위해서는 먼저 생명 옹호론자가 되어야 한다는 것을 이해할 수 있도록 기도합시다.

사랑의 왕이신 주님!
주님은 인류를 구원하시기 위하여 이 세상에

원죄없이 잉태되신 동정 성모 마리아께서 성전에서 시므온 예언자의 예언을 들으신 고통을 묵상합시다 (루가 2,34-35).

모세의 율법에 따라 아기 예수님을 성전에 봉헌하러 들렀을 때 시므온 예언자는 성모님께 "이 아기는 수많은 이스라엘 백성을 넘어뜨리기도 하고 일으키기도 할 분이십니다. 이 아기는 많은 사람들의 반대받는 표적이 되어 당신의 마음은 예리한 칼에 찔리듯 아플 것입니다" 하고 앞으로 성모님께서 당하실 고통을 미리 예언했습니다.

주님의 천사가 요셉의 꿈에 나타나서 "헤로데가 아기를 찾아 죽이려 하니 어서 일어나 아기와 아기 어머니를 데리고 이집트로 피신하여 내가 알려 줄 때까지 거기에 있어라" 고 일러주었습니다. 그날 밤 성모님은 아기 예수님을 품에 안고 요셉 성인과 함께 이집트로 피난을 가셨습니다. 이때 죄없는 주님의 성가정이 헤로데의 살육을 피해 피난가신 괴로움과 성모님이 피난 길에 아기 예수님을 보호하기 위하여 애태우신 고통을 묵상합시다 (잠깐묵상).

원죄없이 잉태되신 동정 성모 마리아께서 소년 예수님을 잃으신 고통을 묵상합시다 (루가 2,41-51).
* 묵상
성가정은 과월절 축제를 마치고 집으로 돌아오는 길이었습니다. 그러나 소년 예수님이 보이지 않으므로 성모님과 성요셉은 너무 놀라 예루살렘까지 되돌아 가셨습니다. 사흘만에야 성전에서 예수님을 찾으신 성모님은 "얘야, 왜 이렇게 우리를 애태우느냐? 너를 찾느라고 아버지와 내가 얼마나 고생을 했는지 모른다" 고 말씀하셨습니다. 예수님은 "왜 나를 찾으셨습니까? 나는 내 아버지 집에 있어야 할 줄을 모르셨습니까?" 하고 말씀하셨을 때 성모님은 이 모든 것을 마음속 깊이 간직하셨음을 묵상합시다 (잠깐 묵상).

The First Sorrow of Mary
St. Simeon's Prophecy
In the Temple, St. Simeon had received the Divine Child in his arms and predicted that this Child would be a sign (of God) which shall be contradicted by men. "Behold this Child is set ... for a sign which shall be contradicted. And Thy own soul a sword shall pierce" (Luke. 2:34-35).
Meditation
The Blessed Virgin told St. Matilda that when St. Simeon pronounced these words "all Her joy was changed into sorrow." For, as was revealed to St. Teresa, although the Blessed Mother already knew that the life of Her Son would be sacrificed for the salvation of the world, she then learned more distinctly and in greater detail what sufferings and what a cruel death awaited Him. She knew that He would be persecuted and opposed in every way.
He would be opposed in His teaching: instead of being believed, He would be called a blasphemer for claiming to be the Son of God. The reprobate Caiphas was to say: "He hath blasphemed ... He is guilty of death" (Mt. 26:65-66). He would be opposed in His reputation: for though He was of noble, even of royal descent, He was despised as a peasant: "Is not this the carpenter's son?" (Mt. 13:55). "Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary?" (Mk. 6:3). He was Wisdom itself, and was treated as ignorant: "How doth this man know letters, having never learned?" (Jn. 7:15). As a false prophet: "And they blindfolded Him, and smote His face ... saying: Prophesy, who is it that struck Thee?" (Lk. 22:64). He was treated as a madman: "He is mad, why hear you him?" (Jn. 10:20). As a drunkard, a glutton, and a friend of sinners: "Behold a man that is a glutton, and a drinker of wine, a friend of publicans and sinners" (Lk. 7:34). As a sorcerer: "By the prince of devils he casteth out devils" (Mt. 9:34). As a heretic and one possessed by the evil spirit: "Do not we say well that Thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?" (Jn. 8:48). In short, Jesus was considered so notoriously wicked that, as the Jews said to Pilate, no trial was necessary to condemn Him. "If He were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered Him up to thee" (Jn. 18:30).

The Second Sorrow of Mary
The Flight of Jesus into Egypt
"Let us now consider the second sword of sorrow which wounded Mary, the flight of Her Infant Jesus into Egypt to escape the persecution by Herod."
Meditation
Having heard that the long-awaited Messiah had been born, Herod foolishly feared that He would deprive him of his kingdom. Herod waited to hear from the holy Magi where the young King was born, and planned to take His life. When he found he had been deceived, he ordered all the infants in the neighborhood of Bethlehem to be put to death. It was at that time that the angel appeared in a dream to St. Joseph and told him: "Arise, and take the Child and His Mother, and flee into Egypt" (Mt. 2:13). No sooner is Jesus born than He is persecuted. Mary began to realize that Simeon's prophecy regarding Her Son was beginning to be fulfilled.
What anguish the realization of the impending exile must have caused Mary. It is easy to imagine that Mary must have suffered on the journey. The distance to Egypt was considerable: three hundred miles, requiring a journey of up to thirty days. The road was rough, unknown and little travelled. It was winter time, so that they had to make their way through snow, rain and wind, over rough and dirty roads. Where could they have slept on such a journey, especially on the two hundred miles of desert? They lived in Egypt seven years. They were strangers, unknown, without money, and barely able to support themselves by the work of their hands. Landolph of Saxony has written (and let this be a consolation to the poor) that Mary lived there in such poverty that there were times when she did not have even a crust of bread to give her Son when He was hungry. The thought of Jesus and Mary wandering as fugitives through a strange land teaches us that we must also live as pilgrims here below, detached from the material things that the world offers, and which we must soon leave to enter eternity. It also teaches us to embrace crosses, for we cannot live in this world without them. Let us make Mary happy by welcoming her Son into our hearts, the Son whom men still continue to persecute by their sins.

The Third Sorrow of Mary
The Loss of Jesus in the Temple
The third sorrow was one of the greatest that Mary had to endure in her life, the loss of her Son in the temple. Having lost her Son for three days, she was deprived of His most sweet presence.
Meditation
What anxiety this broken-hearted Mother must have felt during those three days when she searched everywhere for her Son, and asked for Him as the spouse did in the Canticles: Have you seen him, whom my soul loveth? (Cant. 3:3). This third sorrow of Mary ought to serve in the first place as a consolation to souls who are desolate, and who no longer enjoy, as they once enjoyed, the sweet presence of the Lord. They may weep, but they should weep confidently, just as Mary wept over the loss of her Son.
But whoever wants to find Jesus must look for Him as Mary did, not amid the pleasures and delights of the world, but amid crosses and mortifications. "We sought Thee sorrowing," Mary said to her Son. Let us learn then from Mary, to seek Jesus. Moreover, we should look for no other good in this world than Jesus. St. Augustine says that Job "had lost what God had given him, but not God Himself." If Mary wept over the loss of her Son for three days, how much more should sinners weep who have lost sanctifying grace. To them God says: "You are not My people, and I will not be yours" (Os. 1:9). For this is the effect of sin: it separates the soul from God. "Your iniquities have divided between you and your God" (Isa. 59:2). Sinners may possess all the wealth in the world, but inasmuch as they have lost God, everything in this world becomes a source of affliction to them, as Solomon confessed: "Behold all is vanity, and vexation of spirit" (Eccles. 1:14).

The Fourth Sorrow of Mary
The Meeting of Mary with Jesus on the Way to Calvary
The greater her love for Him, the greater her grief at the sight of His sufferings, especially when she met Him on that dolorous way, dragging His Cross to the place of execution. This is the fourth sorrow on which we have to meditate.
Meditation
"O sorrowful Mother," exclaimed St. John, "Your Son has now been condemned to death; He has already set out on the road to Calvary, carrying His own cross. Come, if You desire to see Him and say farewell to Him, as He passes through the streets." Mary goes along with St. John. While she waited for her Son to come along, how much must she have heard said by the Jews (who soon recognized her), against her Beloved Son, and perhaps even mockery against herself. What a frightening picture as the nails, the hammers, the ropes and all the fatal instruments that were to put an end to her Son's life were paraded by.
But now the implements, the executioners, have all passed by. Mary raised Her eyes, and saw, O God!, a young man all covered with blood and wounds from head to foot, a wreath of thorns on His head, and carrying two heavy beams on His shoulders. She gazed at Him, but hardly recognized Him. The wounds, the bruises, and the clotted blood gave Him the appearance of a leper, so that He could no longer be recognized. According to St. Bridget, Jesus wiped away the clotted blood which prevented Him from seeing Mary. The Mother and the Son looked at each other. And their looks became as so many arrows to pierce those hearts which loved each other so tenderly. Even though the sight of her dying Son was to cost her such bitter sorrow, Mary would not leave Him. The Mother also took up her cross and followed Him, to be crucified along with Him. Let us pity her, and accompany her and her Son by patiently carrying the cross Our Lord imposes on us.

The Fifth Sorrow of Mary
The Death of Jesus
"There stood by the cross of Jesus, His Mother" (Jn. 19:25). St. John did not feel it necessary to say more than these words with reference to the martyrdom of Mary. Picture her now at the foot of the Cross beside her dying Son, and then ask yourself if there can ever be sorrow like her sorrow. Remain for a while on Calvary and consider the fifth sword which transfixed the heart of Mary, the Death of Jesus.
Meditation
As soon as our agonized Redeemer had reached Mount Calvary, the executioners stripped Him of His clothes, and piercing His hands and feet with nails, they fastened Him on the cross. They raised the cross and left Him to die. The executioners left Him, but not Mary. She came up close to the cross to be near Him in death. "I did not leave Him," She revealed to St. Bridget, "but stood nearer the cross."
Ah, true Mother, most loving Mother, Whom not even the fear of death could separate from thy Beloved Son. But, O God, what a spectacle of sorrow must have confronted those who could see Jesus hanging in agony on the cross, and His Mother there at the foot of the cross suffering all His torments with Him. All these sufferings of Jesus were also Mary's sufferings. Saint Jerome says, "Every torture inflicted on the body of Jesus, was a wound in the heart of His Mother." "Anyone who had been present then on Mount Calvary, would have seen two altars on which two great sacrifices were being offered: the one in the Body of Jesus, the other in the Heart of Mary." (St. John Chrysostom)

The Sixth Sorrow of Mary
The Piercing of the Side of Jesus, and His Descent from the Cross
We must now consider the sixth sorrow which weighed upon the heart of Our Blessed Lady. On this day, You will be wounded with another sword of sorrow. A cruel lance will pierce the side of your dead Son, and you will receive Him in your arms after He has been taken down from the Cross.
Meditation
It is enough to tell a mother that her son is dead to arouse in her heart all her love for the dead child. "One of the soldiers with a spear opened His side, and immediately there came out blood and water" (Jn. 19:34). "Christ," says the devout Lanspergius, "shared this wound with His Mother. He received the hurt; His Mother endured the pain."
Mary's sufferings were so great that it was only through the miraculous intervention of God that she did not die. When she suffered before, she at least had Her Son to pity her; but now she had no Son to commiserate with her. Jesus was taken down from the cross, the afflicted Mother waiting with outstretched arms to take her Beloved Son. She embraced Him and then sat down at the foot of the Cross. Her Son died for men, men still continue to torture and crucify Him by their sins. Let us resolve not to torment our sorrowful Mother any longer. And if we have saddened her in the past by our sins, let us now do what she wants us to do.

The Seventh Sorrow of Mary
The Burial of Jesus
Let us meditate now on Mary's last sword of sorrow. She has witnessed the death of her Son on the Cross. She has embraced His lifeless body for the last time. Now she has to leave Him in the tomb.
Meditation
In order to grasp the meaning of this last sorrow more fully, let us return to Calvary and picture our afflicted Mother there, still holding the lifeless body of her Son clasped in her arms. The disciples, afraid that Mary may die of grief, approach and take the Body of Jesus from her arms to bury it. With reverence they lift it from her arms, embalm it with aromatic herbs, and wrap it in a shroud they have already prepared. The mournful procession sets out for the tomb. The afflicted Mother follows her Son to His last resting place. When it was time to move the stone to close the entrance, the grief-stricken disciples approached Our Blessed Lady and said to her: "It is time now, O Lady, to close the tomb. Forgive us; look at thy Son once more, and say goodbye to Him for the last time."
Finally, they took the stone and sealed off the sacred Body of Jesus in the sepulcher, that Body which is the greatest treasure there can possibly be on earth or in Heaven. Mary left her heart in the tomb of Jesus, because Jesus was her whole treasure: "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also" (Lk. 12:34). After speaking her last farewell to her Son, she left and returned to her home. Mary was so desolate and so sad that, according to St. Bernard, she, "moved many to tears." In fact, wherever she passed, those who saw her could not help weeping with her. St. Bernard also says that the holy disciples and women who accompanied her "mourned even more for her than for their Lord."

My child, when I gave birth to Jesus Christ, the Redeemer of all mankind, I was like any mother. My love for this child was so overwhelming, I cried tears of great joy when I first saw His beautiful Face. Yet I knew that the role I had accepted would not be easy, although I never realized, at the time, how difficult this journey would be.
When I looked into the precious Face of my cherished Child, nothing mattered, only my desire to protect Him at all times whatever the cost. My heart was conjoined with that of my Son then as it is today. This same heart suffered in union with Him through every moment of His life on Earth. Every joy He felt, I too could feel. His laughter brought a smile to my face. His sorrow pained me deeply. His torture during His Crucifixion was felt in every bone in my body. Every nail, which pierced His Flesh, pierced mine. For every punch and kick He received at the hands of His persecutors, I felt also. I experienced the same suffering, yet I was not present for much of the torture inflicted on Him, which was hidden from me and His disciples.
Today I suffer with my Son, just as it was then, when He is mocked in the world today and ridiculed in public, on the stage and in the media, especially by atheists, I cry tears of bitterness. When I see my precious Son weeping at the sins He witnesses every day, I too weep with Him. I see, feel and witness His ongoing suffering for mankind. Jesus Christ, the Saviour of Mankind, has suffered for all of you, but loves all of you very much.
I will do everything I can to fulfill His dearest wish to save every single soul on Earth from the clutches of the evil one. When this Mission has succeeded, then and only then, can I rejoice in final peace when my children reunite as one in the New Paradise.
Pray, my child, that all those who pray for the salvation of souls that not one soul is excluded. Go in peace and continue this most important Mission for my beloved Son. I will protect you at all times.

My child, there is no need to fear in this Work, for it has been foretold that conversion will take place. Sadly, not all men will or can be saved. They who persecute my Precious Son in the world today are worse than those who executed Him during the Crucifixion. Because my Son died to save mankind from sin, a lesson was learned throughout the world of the need for devotion to my Son. Many who know the Truth choose to ignore this.
I have been sent so many times to encourage prayer throughout the world and yet, my warnings to children throughout time have been forgotten. Today when I make myself known through visionaries in various countries, not only are they ignored, but they suffer ridicule. My presence and the signs I show in the skies and other manifestations are rejected. Even priests and bishops ignore my warnings. They, too, have turned away from a belief in Divine interventions. How blind they are to reject help from me their beloved Mother.
My Son suffers so much it is heartbreaking to see Him in agony today because of the evil of sin. My children have no idea how He suffers the torment He has to witness in the world, when He sees the cruelty of man.
My child, remind my children that I will appear only a few more times in the world because the time has come for the final battle when I will crush the head of the serpent.
My children must know how much they are loved and cherished by my beloved Son. I urge them to open their hearts and show Him the love and compassion He deserves. He, your Saviour, Who willingly accepted death in its most cruel form, to save you, wants now to save this generation from the snares of Satan. He, the deceiver, smiles, my child, because he knows he has succeeded in stealing precious souls. Pray, pray, pray now that my Son will be heard during The Warning and that His Gift of Redemption will be accepted with humble and open arms.
Remember, as your Mother, I will always plead for clemency for my children. My tears have flowed for those who do not want to hear the Truth, because it will only be through constant prayer that these unfortunate souls can be redeemed.
